Technical Coordinating Committee

The Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) provides additional support to the Governing Board and District staff for specific areas and issues such as public education, water treatment, water conservation, wastewater treatment, and stormwater management.  The TCC is comprised primarily of water and wastewater officials from counties, cities, and authorities in the district.

Subcommittees

The majority of the work of the TCC occurs in subcommittees, where members make technical recommendations regarding the Distirct plans and specific implementation tasks.  The following subcommittees guide the District's work:

• Stormwater Subcommittee
• Wastewater Subcommittee
• Septic Systems Subcommittee
• Water Supply and Conservation Subcommittee
• Education Subcommittee
